Sales Support & Coordination • Maintain and update customer records in the company CRM system. • Prepare sales reports, proposals, contracts, and quotes. • Manage deal registrations with vendor partners to support active sales opportunities. • Generate and process customer quotes in collaboration with the sales and engineering teams. • Support the entire sales cycle, including follow-ups on demos, proposals, and renewals. • Coordinate meetings, calls, and site visits with account executives and technical staff. • Monitor and track pipeline progress, renewals, and customer success metrics. • Provide administrative support for the sales team, including managing communications and documentation.
