Shepherd/lab mix (Atlanta)

I am looking to rehome my dog. I cannot afford to keep him and I'm just unable to provide for him. He is around 7 years old. He is on Nexgard but still has fleas. He is well behaved and gets along well with cats and other dogs. He is neutered.
