Las Flores is an affordable (LIHTC) apartment community in Oregon City, OR with 171 units. This is an entry level role. Need a vinyl fencing installer with proper tools and a car. Experience is a must. You should be able to install fencing on the concrete or soil. As well as be able to install toppers on the existing brick or cinder block walls. Experience in installing vinyl doors. This is not a full time job. Probably one or two days a week.
