Job Title: Heating and Air Conditioning Technician (HVAC Tech) Location: Staten Island, NY Job Description: Responsible for repairing, installing, and servicing various heating and air conditioning systems, including residential HVAC units, commercial rooftop units, boilers, and hot water tanks. Will work on new construction sites, installing ductwork. Must have hand tools required for HVAC repairs. Expected to have a clean, professional appearance and a trustworthy demeanor. Requirements: Valid driver’s license. Preferred 5 years of experience in HVAC service. Must be available for overtime when needed. Must hold an EPA license and OSHA 30 cards. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Site Lead (residential superintendent / lead carpenter) to oversee daily operations on high-end residential remodels and additions. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for managing subcontractors, carpentry crews, and vendors while ensuring quality, schedule, and safety on-site. The position emphasizes reviewing site conditions, architectural drawings, and project details, rather than performing day-to-day carpentry. Candidates must live and work in the East Bay for reliable, daily access to job sites. Key Responsibilities -Manage day-to-day site operations, staff, subcontractors, and deliveries. -Maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring efficiency and quality. -Review and implement architectural drawings, details, and specifications. -Enforce safety procedures and ensure building code compliance. -Communicate regularly with project managers, architects, designers, and clients. -Anticipate and resolve on-site challenges with sound judgment. -Mentor carpentry staff and foster a collaborative, professional environment. -Maintain accurate records and updates using Buildertrend or similar software. Qualifications -5+ years of residential construction experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. -Strong background in carpentry (framing and finish) and knowledge of building codes. -Proven ability to manage schedules, coordinate trades, and lead site operations. -Skilled in interpreting and executing complex architectural plans. -Strong organizational, communication, and client-relations skills.Proficiency with scheduling tools, Excel, and project management platforms (Buildertrend preferred). OSHA certification preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must currently live and work in the East Bay. Landscape crew leader position: Need to have at least three years at that position. Have to have a current Ca drivers license with clean record. Must have experience working with a crew and running a crew. Must have experience with building walls, laying pavers, driving tractor. Doing landscape planting correctly, setting grades, setting boulders etc. Must be knowledgeable about all phases of landscape construction. Knowing how to do landscape planting correctly and install mulch is required. We are looking for a self starter that can see the value and opportunity at hand with this company. Having experience with commercial landscape maintenance is a plus.

We are a test only smog shop that takes pride in providing exceptional customer service while maintaining strict adherence to all state laws and BAR regulations regarding this profession.
