This role includes all facets of work orders, unit maintenance and turn upon move out (painting, caulking, minor plumbing). Though not a complete list tasks include: Exterior Maintenance Painting Minor Plumbing Concrete Repair Finish Carpentry Trash Pick Up Organizing trash enclosures Weed Eating This position and tasks will be at our properties located in Medford and Central Point. Z&M Logging is looking for a yarder operator. We mostly run a Skagit bu-94 and occasionally a Madill 071. We are currently working just outside of sedro woolley. Our next job is in Hamilton.

Duties and Responsibilities • Construction Industry experience is preferred. • Knowledge of foundation repair and applying surface coatings is preferred • Experience in grinding concrete, cutting concrete, and breaking concrete a plus. • Install epoxies and other liquid products on foundation walls, floors, and other larger flat surfaces. • Climb ladders, dig using hand tools and mini excavator, and haul material. • Painting, paint prep including sanding, caulking, and priming. • Work in confined areas such as crawl spaces. • Operate paint pumps. • Basic carpentry for forms and finishing. • Communicate with the Project Manager on progress at the job site. • Keep clean and organized job sites. • Maintain good working relationships with all company employees.
