Contracted inspections must be completed during standard business hours Monday-Friday. Inspectors set their own appointment schedule What’s the pay? We pay a flat rate for inspections; this is not hourly work. Base rates at a 25-mile radius of your address begin at $45-$75 Out of area or larger inspection sites are paid based on your flat rate bid for the inspection. We pay monthly via ACH direct to your US based bank account. A 1099 will be issued to you each January for tax purposes.
