Job Title: Full-Time Cleaner – Residential Common Area & Apartment Turnovers Location: Burlington, VT Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Dayshift (Weekdays, Flexible on Weekends) Salary: $18.00 per hour About Us: We are a well-established commercial cleaning company dedicated to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Full-Time Cleaners to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of residential common areas and assisting with apartment turnovers. Key Responsibilities: Clean and maintain common areas of residential buildings, including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and elevators. Perform apartment turnovers, including deep cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms. Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, as well as clean windows, glass, and mirrors. Ensure proper sanitization and hygiene in all shared spaces. Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and cleaning materials in public areas. Report any maintenance issues or damage to the property manager. Follow all safety guidelines and health protocols to ensure a safe environment. Work efficiently to ensure all cleaning duties are completed on time. Qualifications: Previous cleaning experience preferred, especially in residential or commercial properties helpful, but willing to train the right candidate. Attention to detail and ability to perform high-quality work. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent work. Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment, supplies, and occasionally heavier objects. Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor. Must be able to pass a background check.
