Cool artsy for open canvass. (Phoenix)

I have a house. I also have paint. And other mediums. There’s a lot of blank walls and ‘empty’ spaces. There is a room. Technically there’s a few rooms. The deal: use the mediums, make my house cool, live in the room or use it as a studio. This is only as weird as you want it to be. I’m only looking for the artwork and to meet some artsy folks. My house is in the mountains and has some amazing views. About me: Small business owner, extrovert, enjoys nature, open to others’ lifestyles but really I’m a boring, straight, forty year old white guy. Probably why my house is “practical” “uninviting” “cold”. That last one is probably a thermostat issue. I worked in the entertainment industry most of my life. I play guitar. News junkie. No family. Not religious. Not into televised sports. 420 friendly. I bbq year round. No pets, just not home enough. About the house: two-story craftsman sitting on top of a mountain. Very quiet.
