Continuum Home Solutions is seeking a motivated detail-oriented office coordinator/ estimator to manage operations while also assisting with construction/plumbing estimates and proposals. The right candidate will be able to obtain new contracts. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in both administrative tasks and client-facing opportunities. Responsibilities: Answer phones/emails Schedule site visits, project timelines. Handle invoicing, billing, and payment tracking Maintain office records, files, and project documentation. Review project details and specifications to assist in preparing cost estimates Conduct site visits (when needed) to gather measurements and scope details Prepare bids, proposals, and job estimates for plumbing, and construction projects. Work with subcontractors and vendors to obtain accurate pricing. Qualifications: Experience in office administration, coordination, or project management required Prior estimating experience(5 years) in construction and plumbing. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset.
