Westerville Healthcare Group is currently seeking a motivated Personal, Athletic Trainer or PT Tech to join our busy physical therapy clinic. This role involves working closely with our doctors and physical therapists to assist patients with exercises, therapy, and recovery. Position Details and Schedule Options: Part-Time: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch) Full-Time: Same schedule as above, plus a half-day on Wednesdays and Fridays Pay: Starting at $15/hour, with opportunities for growth Location: [Westerville / North Columbus] Responsibilities: Assist doctors and physical therapists with patient care and exercise programs Guide patients safely through therapy exercises Help maintain a clean, organized, and supportive clinic environment Provide excellent patient service and support Qualifications: Background in personal, athletic training or physical therapy tech, exercise science, kinesiology, or related field preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Experience in a healthcare or rehab setting is a plus, but not required If you’re passionate about helping patients recover and want to gain valuable hands-on clinical experience, we’d love to hear from you!
