South Restaurant + Coffeehouse is looking for experienced Expeditors (Expos).weekday and weekend availability is a must! The expo is the liaison between the front of house and the kitchen. Their basic duties are to ensure that all plates leaving the kitchen are properly presented and prepared, are at the proper temperature, and that all items on a ticket go out to the correct table together in a timely manner.
