Mustard’s Bagels in Culver City, California is seeking a Line & Prep Cook to join our opening team as we transition from pop-up to brick and mortar. Mustard’s may be new, but we have rapidly gained attention and accolades for our 72-hour fermented sourdough bagels and our market driven, unique prepared bagels. We currently serve a small number of wholesale clients in addition to operating a weekends-only pop-up service, but this role will be a full time, 5 day-a-week job as we renovate our space and ramp up our operation for full time service. While the focus of this role will be to prepare key ingredients and components for our weekend service as well as working the line during weekend bakes, this person will often be asked to help with other kitchen tasks from washing dishes to ingredient prep before service. We’re a small team and we all pitch in with everything. As we grow, this role will become more focused. The ideal candidate for this role has a year or more of experience in a fast paced, quality focused professional kitchen.
