Groceries will be provided in advance. Strong emphasis on someone who can create healthy, balanced meals with a clear understanding of macronutrients (proteins, carbs, fats) to ensure meals meet nutritional goals. This is a must-have for this role. The role will involve approximately 4 hours of in-home cooking each Sunday, preparing and packaging a week’s worth of breakfast, lunches, and dinners for easy reheating during the week for two people. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a home kitchen.
