Looking for strong line cooks. Responsibilities Execute menu items to our standard with attention to detail, procedure, presentation, and timing. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency on your station during service. Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth service and communication. Uphold food safety standards and sanitation practices. Contribute to a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and respect among coworkers. Qualifications Steakhouse experience preferred but not required. 2-3 years of line cook experience in a high volume restaurant. Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques (grilling, sauteing, frying, and pantry) Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain composure Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The expected Hourly Rate is $20.00 PJ CLARKE'S is a renowned Restaurant committed to providing exceptional dining experiences to our customers. We take pride in our fresh, high-quality ingredients and innovative culinary creations. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Prep Cook to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and portioning ingredients • Assist with menu planning and recipe development • Follow standardized recipes and ensure consistency in food quality • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely service Requirements: • Proven experience as a Prep Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team environment • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed • Culinary degree or certification is a plus
