We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Mechanical Engineer to join our team at our newly renovated office in San Francisco’s popular SOMA District. Applicants must have 5 years of experience in all facets of building exterior envelope, weatherproofing, masonry repair, historic preservation, landmarks, and roofing projects. Ability to work remotely (from home) and independently. Capable to perform visual inspections of exterior facades (from scaffolds and fire escapes) and preparation of the inspection reports including FISP/LL11 reports Ability to inspect and identify deterioration of the various types of the exterior facades Ability to produce a full set of facade repair drawings, details, bid forms, and specifications Construction Administration, including review of the AIA payment applications and change orders Capable of managing multiple projects at the same time Track the construction schedule and budget Proficiency in AutoCAD, Word, Excel Scaffold certification and OSHA 10 hour certification are preferred, otherwise must complete within three months from the date of hire, fees are covered by the Company Salary depends on qualifications and experience - $65,000 - $100,000
