This role will oversee operations across both restaurants, improving systems and performance while inspiring excellence in our teams. The Executive GM will bring energy, accountability, and mentorship to our leadership group—ensuring consistency, strong financial results, and memorable guest experiences across locations. This is a hands-on role for a seasoned operator who can lead by example, keep a sharp eye on numbers, and elevate team performance through clear coaching and strong systems.
