The service advisor is the face of the business and should have strong customer service and communication skills. Using these skills, the service writer should be able to determine the customer's repair/maintenance needs while making the customer feel confident in our ability to meet their needs. Responsibilities: The Service Advisor presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns.
