We’re a small, independent scratch kitchen with an old-school hospitality vibe and a killer pastry program — and we’re growing. We’re looking for a hands-on Pastry Manager to run daily operations and help us scale our pastry systems for future locations. If you love building structure, training great people, and keeping the pastry case gorgeous, this is for you. What you’ll do: Oversee daily pastry/bakery production and quality. Create and maintain SOPs for mixing, proofing, baking, and finishing. Manage inventory, ordering, and DOH compliance. Hire, train, and mentor a small pastry team. Keep production on-track and the guest experience warm and personal. What we’re looking for: 2+ years in a bakery, café, or pastry production environment (scratch preferred). At least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role. NYC Food Handler’s Certificate (or willing to get one). Early morning availability and weekend flexibility. Systems-minded, team-oriented, and reliable.
