Key Responsibilities: Line Cook: * Set up an organized station before service. * Prepare and fulfill food orders promptly and accurately based on incoming tickets. * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders. * Read and interpret food tickets efficiently. Prep Cook: * Assist in setting up kitchen stations for service. * Prepare and portion ingredients, including chopping and cutting raw ingredients. Qualifications: * Previous experience in food preparation or a kitchen is preferred, but not required. * Strong focus, attention to detail, and eagerness to develop kitchen skills. * Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced kitchen. * Proficiency in both English and Spanish is strongly preferred. * Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills. Available Shift Times: * Lunch: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM * Dinner: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Compensation: * $16–$18 per hour, based on experience, plus bonuses.
