Job Description RV Truck Sales is rapidly growing our customer base and looking for a positive and outgoing professional individual with the ability to talk to anyone and build lasting relationships with customers. A successful candidate should be able to understand a customer’s needs and present solutions that meet those needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies are imperative to this position. The ideal candidate will also need to be organized and keep up to date on production knowledge and market trends, be able to assist with office administrative duties such as title work and inventory intake, and other duties as necessary. Responsibilities - Develop and maintain relationships with customers - Follow sales process and steps - Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs - Keep up to date on product knowledge and market trends - Provide product information and advice to customers - Follow up on customer inquiries and orders - Meet or exceed sales goals - Participate in sales events and promotions - Present and demonstrate inventory - Maintain sales lot appearance and up to date pricing in all units - Put listings on Facebook to increase lot traffic - Process title work - Intake and picture new inventory Qualifications - 2+ years sales experience (RV sales experience preferred but not required) - Valid driver’s license - High-school diploma or equivalent Benefits - On the job training - Employee discount - Vacation and Holiday pay after 1 year - Supplemental health insurance Full or part time potential $19 an hour + commission Flexible Schedule Must have Saturday availability
