Apartment complex located in North Miami is in search of a handyman with an a/c license who will assist in but is not limited to: General cleaning of apartments building Property projects Painting General repairs in the apartments - unit turn-around Make ready vacant units Requirements: Must have and work with your own tools Must have reliable transportation General knowledge in plumbing and electrical repairs Professional and punctual Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to multi-task Must be organized and detail-oriented Experienced in servicing air conditioning units: Air handlers and condensers.
