JOIN THE REAL ESTATE LEADER As our successful General Manager, you will effectively supervise staff management and operations programs to maintain optimum occupancy levels, income, staff supervision, property value, community maintenance, and excellent customer service within this large, upscale, 626-unit, Lewis-owned community. Some of your duties will include: -Consistent management of the Leasing, Maintenance, Resident Services, Event and Grounds-keeping staff -Budgets & Property marketing -Hiring, motivating, monitoring, and rewarding your team -Reports, variances, occupancy, etc. -Walking your community regularly to ensure asset preservation, safety, curb appeal and resident satisfaction -Working with internal teams (HR, Operations, IT, Recruitment) to ensure successful operations of your community and staff. -Working with MS Office (Word, Excel), OneSite and other property management software To be successful, you should have 5+ years of property management experience, with a strong supervisory background.
