ShareUnarmed Security Officer – Homeowners Association Pay Rate: $19–$20 per hour Schedule: Saturday – Wednesday Location: Local HOA community About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Unarmed Security Officer to join our team at a Homeowners Association property. This position is responsible for maintaining safety, enforcing community rules, and providing professional security presence. Responsibilities include: Access control at gates and common areas Community patrols (vehicle and foot) Parking enforcement and documentation Incident reporting and communication with management Maintaining a professional and approachable presence with residents and guests Requirements: Valid BSIS Guard Card (mandatory) Pepper Spray Permit and/or Baton Permit preferred Prior security experience strongly preferred Must be responsible, reliable, and professional in appearance and conduct Strong communication skills and ability to handle situations calmly and effectively Compensation & Schedule: $19–$20 per hour Shifts are Saturday through Wednesday How to Apply: Please contact Eduardo Macias between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 562-733-9734 for more details and to apply.
