Our Mega Site located in Bolingbrook Illinois is a state-of-the art, clean, air-conditioned facility running three shifts. Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join the G+D team as Secure Production Operators III in our secure Bolingbrook, IL facility. We have two shifts available. 1st shift will work Monday through Friday 6am-2pm. 2nd shift will operate Monday through Friday 2pm-10pm. This role involves handling sensitive materials and operating complex machinery for the production of high-security items. Duties & Essential Job Functions: Operate and maintain the machine, ensuring high-quality production of secure product. Follow strict security protocols to handle sensitive materials and personal data. Perform routine machine checks and maintenance to ensure optimal operation and identify any issues. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to uphold product standards and identify any defects. Document production processes and maintain accurate records of materials used and products produced. Assist in troubleshooting machine issues and coordinate with technical support for complex problems. Access daily work files from the workstations on the production floor. Help in delivering the correct materials to each workstation in order to meet production goals for the shift. Monitor inventory levels of materials required to complete jobs and alert manager if stock is not adequate for the day's production. Job Summary: Giesecke+Devrient (G+D) is currently seeking skilled Machine Operators to join our EMV department at our Bolingbrook manufacturing facility. We have two shifts open; 2nd shift operates Monday through Friday from 3pm-11pm, and 3rd shift operates Monday through Friday 11pm-7am with regular opportunities for overtime. We are looking for positive and experienced individuals eager for a long-term role, who thrive on physical work, enjoy guiding staff, and are committed to achieving results. As the roles evolve, the successful candidates will take on new responsibilities and challenges. Duties & Essential Job Functions: Operate EMV machines during production, ensuring products are manufactured within established parameters. Understand and execute the entire range of machine functions and operating sequences. Load materials onto machines in the required order and sequence. Read job specifications and previous run data to set machine parameters and material requirements. Perform maintenance following proper Lockout/Tag-out procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications: High School diploma or GED preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience operating production machines in a manufacturing environment. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Requires eyesight correctable to 20/20 and normal color perception. Strong verbal and written communication in English. Ability to focus and perform precision hand movements when operating machinery. Must be able to regularly lift 50 pounds and work safely around machinery.
