Key Responsibilities: -Perform MIG welding in a variety of custom fabrication projects. -Stage, fit, and weld components in multiple placements and configurations. -Manage workload based on production schedules and project priorities. -Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications with accuracy. -Troubleshoot fabrication challenges and implement creative, practical solutions. -Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment, following shop safety protocols. -Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the welding department.
