Performance Marine Inc. is seeking a Parts & Purchasing Manager to lead our parts department. In this role, you’ll, handle vendor relationships, and oversee purchasing and inventory to keep our repair operations running smoothly and Look up parts for walk in and phone customers. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, purchasing experience, and a drive for excellence. Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day operations of the parts department (receiving, stocking, distribution, returns). • Support 1–2 employees and 3-5 mechanics • Manage all parts purchasing: quotes, pricing negotiations, purchase orders, deliveries • Maintain and build vendor relationships • Track inventory levels, set reorder points, and perform cycle counts • Partner with service writer/technicians to ensure part availability • Monitor department performance and identify process improvements Qualifications • Background in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain • Strong vendor negotiation skills • Proficient with or willing to learn /inventory systems • Strong organizational and communication skills • Able to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment • Excellent attendance history Benefits • $20–35/hr depending on experience • Paid time off and holiday pay • Opportunities for growth in a fast-growing company • Fun Fishing work place Job Type: Full-time OR Part -time, hours are negotiable Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour Please email application to : office@performarine.com
