Job Requirements ✔️5+ years of handyman or multi-trade experience required. ✔️Skilled across multiple trade areas under and learning from skilled carpenters, drywallers, painters, plumbers, and electricians. ✔️Prior work as a maintenance technician, carpenter, plumber, or electrician strongly preferred. ✔️Experience in residential home repair and upkeep across multiple trade areas. ✔️Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability — can independently assess and fix most issues in a home. ✔️Attention to detail (clean caulk lines, professional patching, and painting). ✔️Customer-friendly attitude — great listener, strong communicator, proactive. ✔️Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and tools.

Job Responsibilities: Assembly and Testing: Assemble wire harnesses according to technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Test wiring continuity using a continuity tester. Component Preparation: Select wires of specified color, marking, or length, and loop wires between guide pegs on harness board. Quality Control: Inspect and verify own work using visual aids, checklists, and inspection tools. Identify and escalate discrepancies or design issues. Documentation: Mark identifying data on completed harness and contribute to updates of work instructions and BOMs. Safety and Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized work environment and comply with all safety protocols and use of PPE. Requirements Experience: 2-5 years of related experience in wire harness assembly, depending on the level of seniority. Technical Skills: Proficient in soldering, crimping, and stripping wires, with a solid understanding of wire harness mechanical assembly. Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working in a physically demanding environment. Communication Skills: Able to comprehend and follow moderately complex written and verbal instructions. Preferred Qualifications Certifications: Relevant certifications in the electrical or electronic industry. Salary Range The salary range for a wire harness assembler can vary from $18 to $25 per hour.

Medical work includes radiological equipment electrical systems installation for x-ray rooms, CT scan, MRI, fluoroscopy, linear accelerators, ultrasound, and other modalities. Also patient treatment area renovations, such as intensive care units (ICU), endoscopy units, operating rooms, and other procedure rooms. Infrastructure upgrades such as emergency generator installations, service upgrades from 400A to 4000A, power/control for environmental systems, & fire alarm systems. We are looking for a select few individuals who are well-spoken, neat in appearance, hard working, and looking for a long term position.
