Job description: Looking to hire a experienced senior level building maintenance technician. Experience in Maintenance of commercial properties. Must have a knowledge and understanding of electrical, plumbing, basic HVAC / boilers, carpentry and painting skills. Past work experience in the trades or as a handyman would be very beneficial. Job description will be to oversee the maintenance of 2 smaller commercial buildings in the Anchorage, AK area. This will include overseeing the mechanical rooms, implementing a maintenance schedule, coordinating with subcontractors when necessary. The majority of the time the job will be during normal business hours, however there are times that work has to be performed at night or on the weekends. $28-30hr / DOE. Diesel Mechanic Must have equipment knowledge in loaders, Sweepers, Landscape Equipment, Pressure washing systems, Snow Pushers, Plow Trucks, Spreaders, Skid Steer. • Run diagnostic tests and analyze results. • Repair or replace vehicle engines, steering mechanisms, transmissions, and braking systems. • Working knowledge of engines, transmissions, differential, A/C and suspensions. • Determine unit condition by conducting inspections & diagnostic tests, identifying deficiencies. • Able to read schematics for electrical and air systems. • Develop technical skills through training opportunities • Test equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturers' specifications; make necessary adjustments if required. • Ensure the cleanliness of the shop. Must have Problem Solving Skills, Attention to Detail, Interpersonal Skills and A Good Work Ethic. DOT inspections and repairs as needed. This position is offered at $35.00 $42.00 per hour. Term : Year round employment Monday - Friday, could involve after hours call in’s or on job-site (field repairs) diagnostic, during winter months. Could involve OT. Several positions possible. We are looking for capable persons to provide general Maintenance on small aircraft for GA shop. Must be a great team player, good with customers, and offer a self starting attitude. We are in need of a certified A and P mechanic, an IA, and a helper or two. One of these positions will involve front end Maintenance Planning/Coordinating and will coincide with hands on aircraft. All experience levels considered.

We are looking for a couple CDL drivers and operators for our snow removal crews. Mostly all night work on commercial properties. Trucks are all 13 speed manual transmissions.
