Qualifications Experience: Minimum of years of experience as an HVAC Installer or Technician. Technical Skills: Proficiency in installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of HVAC systems, including split systems, packaged units, and ductless systems. Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC principles, electrical systems, and refrigeration cycles. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs), work in confined spaces, and perform tasks at heights or in varying weather conditions. License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Tools: Must have own basic hand tools; specialty tools provided by the company.
