Perform daily custodial tasks including sweeping, mopping, trash collection / waste disposal, parking lot maintenance, restroom cleaning, and stocking cleaning supplies 2. Conduct maintenance and facility upkeep such as basic repairs, painting, window replacements, assembling shelves or fixtures, carpentry, plumbing, any electrical work 3. Utilize tools and devices to help get the job done (e.g., drills, paint rollers, cleaning machines, ladders) 4. Maintain upkeep in all properties of the building, and handle special projects assigned by leadership 5. Assist in warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of industrial valve products 6. Upon need, help maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and restocking 7. Adhere to all safety standards and support a clean, hazard-free environment in both the warehouse and shop areas 8. Follow established warehouse processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy 9. Work Shipping & Warehouse manager, logistics, procurement, and other teams to ensure shipping/maintenance needs are met 10. Participate in shipping and receiving, inspecting incoming goods and preparing outgoing orders for transport 11. Contribute to warehouse and facility metrics including cleanliness, order accuracy, on-time shipment, and readiness of shared spaces 12. Support the Warehouse Manager with special projects and take initiative to resolve issues related to maintenance, cleanliness, or general organization Key Criteria / Requirements 1. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, physically active environment 2. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, using ladders, and walking for extended periods in a warehouse and shop environment 3. Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a facilities and/or warehouse role, preferably in a manufacturing, garage, or distribution setting 4. Knowledge of tools and devices for general upkeep and special projects (e.g., drills, paint rollers, cleaning machines, ladders) 5. Familiarity with warehouse operations, shipping procedures, and general facility maintenance tasks 6. Some knowledge using basic warehouse management tools and the willingness/patience to learn new tools and systems 7. Working knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for warehouse and facility maintenance 8. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well within a team and follow direction 9.
