REM California, part of Sevita, has 5 Adult Group Homes in the San Fernando Valley area providing direct support for adults with developmental disabilities (such as Autism, Down's Syndrome, cerebral palsy, etc.). Our DSP/Caregivers assist the individuals with activities of daily living, de-escalate behaviors and follow behavioral plans, go on outings in the community, and cover the household duties in these group homes.
