Established local pizzeria opening a satellite location at a high volume, fast paced brewery. We are looking to hire 3-4 people immediately to start training in our shops in order to be ready to open in November. We are looking for the best to come work and grow with us. This is a great opportunity for the right people. Qualifications: - Experience in a fast paced kitchen, with pizza experience given first consideration. - Must be able to think on your feet, be proactive, not reactive. This place goes from 50- 1000, quickly and literally, in season. We want people with an entrepreneurial spirit and ownership perspective. - Give AMAZING guest service. Not only will you be representing out brand but also being on site, the breweries brand. - Be able to multitask! This is more than just slinging slices out in volume. - Experience using a POS system and a KDS, with Toast being a huge plus. Compensation: $14.81 an hour PLUS what we perceive will be amazing tips. Employees will also learn how to use our register systems and shipping systems. Complete any packaging including any labels and expiration date labels. Able to work respectfully with others and listen to other employees before jumping to a conclusion. Provide excellent customer service, address the needs of our customers in a timely and effective manner. Follow and comply with all requirements made by the New Mexico Environmental Health Department as well our safety standards and cleanliness measures. Effectively follow all of our cleaning procedures to insure a sanitary work environment. Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift anywhere between 30 to 50 pounds. Able to work at least an 8 hour day standing/walking. Hand use: fine manipulation, single grasping, This work will require the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching. Ability to work flexible schedules. May require use of ladders. You’ll keep the dish room moving, the kitchen & Feast HQ spotless, and the team supplied—so our culinarians can execute beautiful food at scale and our events run flawlessly. What You’ll Do • Operate dish machines and three-compartment sinks per SOPs (wash/rinse/sanitize and air-dry). • Wash pots, sheet pans, inserts, knives, cutting boards, smallwares, and service ware to “event-ready” standard. • Sort, label, and restock clean wares to assigned locations; maintain clear bin and rack organization. • Monitor machine temps, sanitizer concentration, and change water/chemicals on schedule; log as required. • Maintain a spotless Feast HQ: floors swept/mopped, drains/grease traps maintained, trash and recycling removed, bathrooms kept clean. • Clean and sanitize worktables, shelving, walk-ins, hot boxes, speed racks, carts, ovens’ exterior, and equipment exteriors. • Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing checklists; escalate maintenance issues promptly.
