Lead Line Cook / AKM

We are looking to add a Lead line Cook or possible AKM who is ready for some growth and more responsibility to join our small local restaurant that has an exception reputation as we grow our scratch kitchen. As a Senior Team Member you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations of our 90 seat restaurant 25 seat bar. Your attention to detail, culinary skills, and ability to work efficiently will contribute to the success our long standing establishment. Responsibilities: * - Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards * - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines * - Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies * - Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets customer expectations * - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations * - Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment Experience: * - Previous experience in the food industry is mandatory * - Must be able to run a station on the line, this experience is mandatory. * - Knowledge of food preparation and handling techniques * - Proficiency in using knives and other kitchen tools * - Familiarity with restaurant operations and meal preparation * - Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
