At iT1, we're looking for a dedicated IT Field Technician I who thrives on the road and excels in both internal and external responsibilities. As a critical point of contact between our organization and our valued customers, you'll engage, build, and execute cutting-edge technologies and images. In this dynamic position, you'll ensure all assigned tasks are completed to the highest iT1 standards while enjoying the adventure of traveling up to 75% of the year. Requirements Travel 75% or more of the time to Client sites to execute specific project requests.  Provide excellent customer service and IT support during field visits.  Disperse equipment to the appropriate installation location onsite and install using best practices cable management.  Diagnose errors and technical problems and determine proper solutions to produce timely and detailed reports.  Validate equipment functionality.  Work with the Project Manager and senior engineers to execute projects based on priorities, goals, and objectives.  Provide notification to Professional Services management when issues are ongoing and impacting end users to keep them informed.  Document all client issues and escalate to the Project Manager.  Create documentation as needed.  Job Qualification Requirements:    A minimum of 2+ years IT experience in a relevant position.   Knowledge of workstation deployment and PC applications desired.  Experience with high travel volume that includes navigating flights and airports in order to arrive at a client’s location.  Experience installing and troubleshooting wireless access points.  Experience and knowledge of conference room solution installation and configuration.  Experience and knowledge of IT infrastructure and server technology.  Experience and knowledge with routers, switches, firewalls, and many other network devices.  Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.  Experience and knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs.  MCSE/MCSA/MCP, A+ and/or Network+ are desirable.  Must possess excellent time management skills.  Ability to work in flexible environment based on customer scheduling requirements.  Thrives in a fast paced and changing environment with proven multitasking skills and focus on details and accuracy.  Able to lift 35 - 50lbs.    Physical Demands May Include: Lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs  Lift 50 lbs. +  Standing for long periods of time  Time spent in low postures (crouching, stooping, kneeling, bending)  Climbing (ramps, stairs, or ladders)  Sit at a computer for 8 hours per day  Keyboarding for 8 hours per day  Reaching Overhead  Near Vision (working with small objects or reading small print)  Speaking (communicating information to clients/coworkers)  Hearing Requirements (In person speech, telephone, other sounds)  Driving  Travel up to 75% (Away from home M-F) Benefits Insurance: Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, and Life Insurance Leave and Holidays: Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays Retirement: 401K Plan with company match (eligible after 1 year of employment)

Summary: Seeking a skilled Project Manager (life cycle PM) to support the delivery of Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) through effective management of CIP and/or non-CIP projects. Responsible for managing projects throughout all phases of a project, including, but not limited to, business case development for project initiation, study, design, construction, procurement, operations turnover and project closeout. A life cycle PM may manage projects related to our water resource recovery facility (WRRF), our combined sewer overflow (CSO) facilities, our sewage pumping stations (SPS), or our regional wastewater collection system (RWCS).
