Monitor surveillance systems and access control. Respond to emergencies and security incidents. Supervise and coordinate with other guards on shift. Maintain detailed daily activity and incident reports. Liaise with property management and law enforcement if necessary. Experience working in residential or high-rise buildings. Requirements: Valid BSIS Guard Card and Exposed Firearm Permit (Required) Minimum of 2 years of armed security experience. Minimum of 1 year of supervisory of leadership experience.
