Table setting: Set tables with clean silverware, napkins, and glassware for new customers. Support for servers: Assist servers by refilling water glasses, delivering food, and responding to guest requests. Station and supply management: Keep service stations stocked with necessary items like silverware, napkins, condiments, and ice. General cleaning: Sweep and mop floors, clean chairs, and perform other cleaning duties to maintain the overall cleanliness of the dining room. Sanitation and safety: Adhere to all health and safety policies to ensure a clean and sanitary environment.

Dependability: You’re responsible, reliable, and can manage daily property needs with minimal supervision. People Person: Excellent communication and customer service skills — you’re comfortable interacting with tenants and vendors. Organized & Detail-Oriented: You keep accurate records and stay on top of maintenance and tenant needs.
