Position Overview: This position is ideal for experienced commercial painters looking for consistent work with a reputable company. You will be responsible for interior and exterior painting on commercial projects, working efficiently while maintaining high-quality results. Responsibilities: • Prepare surfaces (clean, sand, patch, and prime) for painting. • Apply paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers. • Follow company procedures to ensure a smooth and lasting finish. • Maintain a clean and organized worksite. • Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company guidelines. • Work in a fast-paced environment while meeting quality expectations. Requirements: • Minimum 2+ years of commercial painting experience (HOA, multifamily, new construction, or commercial repaint preferred). • Ability to work on ladders and scaffolding as required. • Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team. • Familiarity with airless sprayers, brushes, and rollers. • Reliable transportation to job sites in the Denver Metro area. • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment. • Must provide proof of I-9 eligibility to work in the U.S. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Compensation & Benefits: • Hourly Pay: $22 - $28 per hour (based on experience). • Steady full-time seasonal work with the opportunity for a permanent position. • Weekly pay schedule.

We’re looking for Concrete professionals with at least 5 years experience in flatwork, foundations, curb and gutter, and more. The right candidate will bring precision, reliability, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-moving environment. If you take pride in high-quality craftsmanship and teamwork, we want to hear from you! A valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record are a requirement! As well as at least 5 years of verifiable work history as a finisher. Please do not inquire if you can not meet these requirements. Duties • Prepare and level surfaces for concrete pouring by using hand tools and other equipment. • Mix, pour, and spread concrete according to specifications. • Finish concrete surfaces using various techniques using rake, shovel, hand or power troweling, power screed, floats, • Install forms, rebar, and other material for concrete structures and ensure proper alignment and stability. • Apply caulking and sealant as needed to protect finished surfaces. • Chip, scrape, and grind high spots, ridges, and rough projections to finish concrete using pneumatic chisels, power grinders, etc. • Free hand ramp, curb & gutter. Requirements • Have at least 5 consecutive years of concrete finishing experience!! And provide verifiable work history. • Able to fluently speak, read, and write in English.
