This includes planning work sequences, delegating tasks, and monitoring progress. • Team Supervision: Lead and manage construction crews, providing guidance, mentoring, and ensuring high performance. Address any issues or conflicts that arise among team members. • Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications. Implement corrective actions as necessary to address any deficiencies. • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure all workers adhere to regulations to prevent accidents and injuries. ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS • 3+ years of experience as Foreman or Site Superintendent in Commercial Interior Construction • Drywall, framing, ceilings, and firestopping skills and knowledge • Bonus if you have EIFS/DEFS and Plaster experience • Proficiency in reading blueprints and project specifications. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Dependability, professionalism, and safety awareness. Starting pay is $35/hr + $3000 attendance bonus Operators will be on call and must be able report to all shifts at any time of day or night November 1st - April 15. Paid training will take place during October and November. Most shifts will be during overnight hours. During severe storms shifts may be 12+ hours long with only 8 hours off between shifts. Operators must be physically able to safely operate tractor, replace shear pins, and unclog blowers. Operators must be mentally and physically able to drive, operate, and work in adverse weather conditions. No shovel work is required. Tractors do have climate controlled cabs. No experience is necessary but snow or heavy equipment experience is preferred. Operators will receive thorough training on safely operating a tractor with an inverted snow blower.
