Born out of the minds of childhood best friends Aaron Ludwig and Mike Sabin, Jack Browns is a crossroads of great quality and quality fun. Plainly speaking, we like to work hard and play hard, too! We are seeking a friendly and skilled Bartender/Server to join our team. As a Bartender/Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience for our guests. Your main responsibilities will include preparing and serving beverages, taking orders, and delivering food and drinks to our guests. You will have the opportunity to showcase your mixology skills, knowledge of our menu offerings, and provide recommendations to guests. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining a clean and orderly bar area and enforcing responsible alcohol service practices. Responsibilities Greet guests and take drink and food orders Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine Deliver food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner Interact with guests, answer questions, and provide recommendations on food and drink options Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Enforce responsible service of alcohol and adhere to all applicable liquor laws and regulations Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction Requirements Prior experience as a Bartender or Server in a restaurant or bar setting Strong knowledge of mixing cocktails and familiarity with a wide range of beverages Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions accurately Basic math skills for measuring and portioning ingredients Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities • Restocking the bar: Bar backs are responsible for keeping the bar stocked with supplies such as glasses, ice, napkins, straws, and garnishes • Replace empty liquor bottles, beer kegs, and wine bottles • Cutting fruit, and prepping all of our house made frozen drinks • Bussing glasses to keep all areas clean, and cleaning glassware to make sure that the bar has a constant stock to serve customers • Making pizza and delivering to customers in a timely manner • Making sure the entire premises is as clean as possible at all times Requirements Bar/Restaurant/Service Industry experience required. Responsible for beverage control, accurate pouring of product, general cleanliness of bar, and providing a quality of service that meets Member's expectations. Responsible for getting set-up appropriately at start of shift (ie. put bottles out, set up garnish tray, check and stock juices, stock glassware, fill ice bin, etc..) Consistently check bar area for cleanliness and ensure that all necessary items are in place. Ensure that all liquor items are stocked and ready to use. Responsible for liquor control and accurate pouring of product. Responsible for possessing clear knowledge of all various liquors, beer and wines available by the Club. Responsible for assisting with the service of food and beverage to the Members and guests at the bar, adhering to UCC’s standards of service.
