The candidate for this position will help the Activity Coordinator with events to set up, decorate, food prep, greet guests, serve and clean up, as well as office duties when needed. Daytime, early evening and some weekend events are scheduled annually. Events include Tuesday movie nights, monthly parties, tennis tournament parties, lunches, casual and elegant dinners, an Afternoon Tea, an Art Show, pizza parties, Bbq’s and more. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, risk management, and financial reporting. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities who can provide insightful analysis to support executive decision-making and drive the company's financial health and sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes. Develop financial models to analyze performance, evaluate potential investments, and support strategic initiatives. Provide accurate and timely financial reports, variance analysis, and actionable insights to senior management. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track financial performance against budgets and forecasts. Financial Reporting & Compliance: Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS. Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met consistently. Coordinate and manage the annual audit process with external auditors. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory requirements and tax filings.
