$750 / 4br - Room for rent (Riverbank)

4 bedroom, 2 bath house newly remodled. You can rent month to month. Long term stay is more desired. The bedroom will have a bed in it like the Pic shows. Wifi is included. I pay for the gardener service and pest control monthly. I have left a lot of the living room furniture (tables, lamps, pictures, chairs, etc.) The house comes with a 2 refrigerators, a microwave, and a washer and dryer. All utilities will need to be divided by the whole house. Utilities would be around $100 to $150 per person each month depending on how many people live in the house and how much you run the air conditioner. The house is month to month rent, but I am trying to find someone that wants to stay long term. There is currently two males in their 30's living in the house. They are both quite and they don't party and they'll don't do drugs. No smoking please. I have one average size room available. Perfect for one person. No pets please.
