$700 / 3br - Room near MJC (Modesto)

Room available in my three-bedroom home. I'm looking for someone who is employed full-time and is quiet , respectful , and friendly . I'm looking for a single person with no pets . I do have a few sweet little dogs of my own so it's important that you like dogs as well 👍🏽🙂🐶. The rent is $700 a month plus utilities and a $600 deposit. Currently in the home are 2 females who work full time and attend school.
