Utilize your AutoCAD®/AutoDesk® Inventor skills and knowledge of woodworking, metal, glass and lighting to create shop drawings to be used in the construction of highly specialized casework. Entry Level applicants should have completed a course in AutoCAD® and have the ability to read construction documents. Highly organized work habits appreciated. Project Managers would possess the following Qualifications: 5+ years experience using AutoCAD® for drafting in manufacturing, industrial design, engineering or architectural woodwork; general knowledge of construction practices (CSI standards), familiarity with construction documents, talent for technical precision and the ability to analyze, adapt and innovate. Project Management and communication skills desired. 3-D modeling and rendering experience helpful. As the Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all production equipment are safe and in proper operating condition. Additional duties will be to perform all tasks following the cGMP requirements. Create, execute, and maintain an automated preventative maintenance program to include all components of the building.  Implement and maintain all required maintenance SOPs as directed by GM and VP of Risk Management.  Maintain any “green energy” qualifications of the building.  Coordinate, maintain, and keep current all building component inspections.  Supervises full maintenance team and any other departments as assigned by the GM.  Develops training to ensure excellence in job performance.  Building and maintaining strong relationships with outside vendors. Coordinate contracted services and repairs, alongside the GM.  Keeps complete and accurate records of all maintenance requests submitted, commented on, and completed.
