All Applicants should possess the following: • Team player mentality • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work in-person We offer the following benefits and incentive package: • 100% Paid health insurance including vision and dental • 1 Week paid vacation time • Up to 4% 401k match • Company Team events • Bonuses • Performance Incentives We are a growing company looking to fill the following position: Structural Steel Fabricator Qualified Candidates should possess the following: • OSHA10 for Construction required • FCAW-G Dual Shield Certified, (.045 and 1/16) • Structural fabrication experience • Competent layout • Competent reading/understanding shop drawings, weld symbols and welding processes • Fluent with torches, handy auto’s and track torches • Competent in rigging • Comfortable in shop environment • Must be able to set up, diagnose, keep clean and functional assigned welder. • Competent in basic shop tools/machines i.e. mag drill, ironworker, grinder, stud guns and shears • Layout and hand tools Ideal Candidates will also possess 1 or more of the following: • GMAW, Hard wire certified - preferred but not required • FCAW 232 or Coreshield 8 certified - preferred but not required • TIG welding experience -mild, stainless, and aluminum - preferred but not required • Telehandler/forklift certification - preferred but not required Compensation is dependent upon experience.

Two to five years of experience with a reputable painting company or possession of a painting certification from an accredited institution preferred. Must have knowledge of surface preparation procedures, proper use and mixing of paints. Must have the ability to read and understand the Product Data Sheet. Must have the ability to identify paint application requirements and equipment needed for coating application. Must be able to operate high-reach equipment. Must be able to work at heights, in confined spaces, and work any shift. Must be able to access and move around safely; must have the ability to observe differences in color. Must comprehend written and verbal instructions and hear warning signals, read and comprehend safety instructions, regulations, and warnings.
