NOW HIRING: Armed Private Security Personnel (Estate Security – Overnight Shifts) Location: Palm Beach, Florida] Shift: Overnight – 12-hour shifts, 2–3 days per week (24-36 hours) Compensation: $28–$30 per hour (based on experience) Benefits: 401(k), health insurance (available to full-time employees) We are seeking highly trained, professional Armed Security Officers to provide overnight protection and support at a private estate. The ideal candidate will have experience in armed security, law enforcement, or military service and demonstrate a high level of discretion, alertness, and integrity. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Patrolling the estate and surrounding properties during assigned shifts Monitoring and operating CCTV and security systems Escorting guests safely to their destinations within the estate Performing airport pickups and drop-offs for principals and guests Driving principals and guests to various destinations as needed Screening visitors and vehicles upon entry Reporting suspicious or unusual activity to dispatch in a timely manner Maintaining a detailed activity log during each shift Minimum Qualifications: Must hold a valid D & G License (Florida armed security license) Must possess a personally owned, registered firearm Clean driving record (background check will be conducted) Must be able to pass a comprehensive drug screening Minimum 4 years of armed security experience OR prior service in law enforcement or military Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Must be punctual, reliable, and capable of working independently Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in executive protection or high-net-worth environments CPR/First Aid certification Defensive/Evasive driving training If you meet the above qualifications and are ready to take on a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of a high-profile estate, we encourage you to apply. The ideal candidate must have strong technical skills, previous experience in residential and commercial plumbing, and knowledge related to wastewater systems. Key responsibilities: • Install and replace septic tank covers and drainage systems. • Perform clearing and unclogging of main and secondary pipes. • Conduct camera inspections to locate pipe damage, roots, or blockages. • Diagnose and repair leaks, seepage, and water pressure issues. • Operate specialized tools and equipment such as pressure machines, inspection cameras, and pumping equipment. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations. • Provide professional customer service and guidance on septic system and plumbing maintenance. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience (preferably with experience in septic systems and drains). • Knowledge of drain cleaning machines, hydrojet, and inspection cameras. • Ability to work independently and solve problems on-site. • Valid driver's license (required). • Availability for emergencies and after-hours work.
