TOP PAY $45.00 an hour depending on experience Duties include but are not limited to: • Keep track of all inventory pre/post snow event and report all bulk usage. • Assess performance and skillset of all seasonal crew members during snow events while also ensuring productivity/safety and report feedback to Operations Manager. • Work closely with dispatch to monitor crew progress and attendance during snow events. • Provide additional training as needed for seasonal crew members. • Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions. • Report all accidents in a timely manner to appropriate Chain of Command • Assist Operations Manager in the recruiting process of seasonal crews. • Assist crew members in using time keeping app to clock in/out along with how to upload necessary data for billing.
