Requirements What You Bring: License: Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery/Obstetrics. Minimum of 5 years of nursing leadership experience. Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred. Certifications: ACLS, PALS & NRP certifications required. Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AWHONN) certification preferred.
