Greetings. I’m Seth and am seeking a responsible person or couple to rent my luxury condo in the Financial District. I’ve been living here for 18 years, have rented it out a few times, and it is just time for me to move on again. I’ll do my best to portray an accurate description so if this interests you please do reach out me directly. Location – Connected to Fulton Street Station, so you can get anywhere in the city with a breeze. Almost all subway lines stop at Fulton, so you will rarely need to transfer subways. Furthermore, you have amazing choices of shopping, groceries, restaurants, and entertainment, recreation, A few names include Whole Foods, the Oculus, Brookfield Place, South Street Seaport, Printemps, Manhatta, Tiffany & Co, Battery Park, Cipriani, Wall Street, Reserve Cut, Maison Passerelle, Fogo de Chao, Wolfgang Puck, and so many more! The Building – This is a boutique designer building with just 74 units, designed by Andres Escobar (international designer). Hence the level of service is top notch. You will not feel like a number. If you value people going the extra mile to help you, this is your building. From the moment you step in, you will notice the building is exceptionally well maintained and managed. Size / Layout – 700 interior square feet/ Storage – I have a storage unit of about 30 square feet. It is mostly occupied with my stuff but happy to share it with you if you wanted to store some things there. Over time, I’m hoping to keep less stuff I storage. Quiet – I swear this is the quietest apartment I’ve ever been! It is so quiet that I notice noise almost everywhere else. You will see if you come and visit and pay attention to it. Bedroom – I invested over 20K in making customized curtains (see picts) to section of a large bedroom (enough for a king bed). The bedroom has an HVAC and closet, althouth it does not have a window. I could have put of walls, but I really like the flexibility and design aspect of these curtains. Ask me about them, they took me a very long long time to make. I can comfortable fit a king-sized bed. Kitchen – If you like to cook this is probably the best kitchen I’ve seen in the area. Also, the fridge is brand new and has a great filtered water dispenser, ice maker, French doors. There is a dishwasher, garbage disposer, gas range & oven. Beautiful granite countertops. Lots of storage and cabinets. Living room – As you can see in the photos, I have 2 couches, TV stand, and a huge desk! Lots of space. Closets – There are 3 closets. 2 are normal sized and 1 is large. Washer Dryer – Is in the unit. No need to leave! Rooftop – One of the nicest rooftops in the area. It is newly landscaped with trees, lawns, flowers, bbq grills, etc. It feels like a sanctuary and is very well done! Gym – The gym is also one of the best gyms in the area. It has a great set of free weights, including a squat rack, bench press, peloton bikes (paid), machines, cardio, etc. Also, there is outdoor space connected to the gym which is super nice to get some fresh air. Light/Views – Well, nothing is perfect right? I should mention my apartment does not get much light or views in case that is a deal breaker for you. If it did have the light/views, it would be at a very different price point so that can be a plus for those seeking an apartment on the lower end of luxury. I’ve been living here since 2007 and it really hasn’t bothered me one bit. I’ll give you some tips if we meet! High 10-12 feet ceilings throughout. Price – Asking 3795/month or best overall offer & candidate. No broker fee. 1.5 months security deposit. 1 year lease and happy to discuss longer or other terms. Condo management will probably charge a small application fee. Furnished Option maybe available. We can discuss. Timing – I have a bit a flexibility and would like to rent it as soon as realistic with our schedules. No pets, No smoking. Verification – We both would need to be comfortable with each other. So, from my side, I’ll need to get comfortable about your work, income, credit, prior rental history, etc just to make sure you are not stretching yourself too thin.
