- Calm and dependable under pressure, maintaining high standards of consistency, quality, and morale in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Grounded in humility, empathy, and accountability — someone who owns mistakes, learns from them, and models a positive, team-first culture.
- Operationally sharp — attentive to food cost, waste, and efficiency; supports inventory management and sustainable kitchen practices.
- Reliable and committed, with weekend (Saturday + Sunday) availability.
- Committed to cleanliness, safety, and compliance with DOH standards, ensuring a safe and healthy workplace.
**Requirements**
- 5+ years of kitchen experience, including 3+ years in leadership or advanced line cook roles
