Qualifications Required § High school diploma or equivalent. § Knowledge of everyday tools and power tools. § Must work evenings, weekends and holidays depending on the shift assigned. Some overtime may be required. § Physical demands include frequent standing, walking, and cleaning. Experience in Plumbing, Electrical, Masonry, Asphalt, Drywall. Duties and Responsibilities General Duties (All Shifts) § Routine Maintenance § Must be able to assist facility manager. § Must have transportation. § Other duties as assigned by the General Manager. Hazards and Maintenance § Observe any hazards or maintenance concerns which threatens personal safety and report to General Manager as needed. § Be proactive by reporting lights being broken or burnt out and any other problems that need to be addressed.
